Steve lives and offices in the quaint town of Wayzata, on the northern shores of Lake Minnetonka. He hails from a neighboring community, Orono, where he remains actively involved in the community and school district with his philanthropic outreach.

Early in his “career” at 5 years old, Steve constructed a home using his Lego building blocks, prepared a written contract, and sold it to his mom for $2,000. After graduating from college, Steve developed and sharpened his skills in the corporate world.  After 10 years, life presented the opportunity to help families buy and sell real estate.  So, in 2005 Steve moved back to Minnesota and acquired his Real Estate License.  Shortly after, the real estate market crashed!

Having never been a Realtor experiencing ups and downs of a real estate market, Steve did not miss a beat. Ignorance is bliss sometimes! As agents chose to leave the industry by the thousands, Steve kept grinding, following up on every lead, exceptionally serving the few clients he had, and building his business.

Today, Steve is one of the top producing agents in Minnesota. His sales volume consistently ranks in the top 3%  throughout the state.  His passion for helping clients navigate complex life decisions is unwavering. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, an empty nester, or looking for your next luxury home, Steve and his team will take care of you and your family.

In his free time, Steve enjoys traveling to obscure world destinations- he calls them his “WalkAbouts,” a good glass of wine with family and friends, a round of golf, and hanging out with his dog, Max, at the local dog parks.
